Those trees growing right up to the edge of the water make me think of shows where big fat cajun guys go gator huntin' in those flat boats with huge fans on the back

this last Sunday we spent the day fishing and swimming at the reservoir and it was tremendous, going camping in a couple weeks for the weekend, will have to scare up some pictures

I took a boat out to St. Auggie this weekend and parked it on the beach. It goes without saying when they call the water I was swimming in "brakish", it is far from clean.

It's up at Lake Powell off the back of a houseboat. Somewhere between 50 and 80 feet deep if i remember right. That thing in the back of us is part of the breakwater, aka a bunch of giant tires chained together. We did not take the houseboat out of the slip because it costs like 10 zillion dollars in gas to cruise around running the A/C.

This is what us rednecks in Kansas do in the summer. The water isn't quite as clear but the booze flows just as nice........and yeah I have manboobs. Guess I should have made this NSFW!
