I am most likely going to stop the P90 workouts and go on to something else. I know some people have done different workouts. I don't care if its crazy hard, but P90 is on the verge on not pushing me anymore (after about 2 weeks I figure) and would like something more difficult. If there's something cheap and effective I'm in.

I just started Rushfit but can't completely recommend it yet. I almost went with rip:60 but was looking for shorter workouts. P90X is good no denying it, it costs a little more and there is a bit more of an investment in equipment. Insanity is good also, all core-cardio but very repetitive.

I know a few folks who are doing the Insanity Workout and say that it's tougher than P90X. My guess is the price would be comparable to P90X and it doesn't require additional equipment purchases as other workouts on the market.

About 45 minutes each. I am going to try and give a decent review over the next few weeks.

Cool. I plan on making the purchase in a couple of weeks. Just read your journal... GSP. Nice. I want the Roy Nelson workout...

Haha, I have been doing that one for a while now. It is pretty easy to fit into your schedule and I don't find the diet restrictions too limiting. It is probably the easiest on your wallet also.

You should try CTx (Cow Tipping X). It's easy and would likely be fun/familiar for you.

Day 1: Go Cow Tipping for 90 minutes, alternating speed and stance, cow size should increase as the weeks go on.
Day 2: You churn butter for 45 minutes
Day 3: You have to watch the replay of Super Bowl 32, this makes you so mad you lose weight from sheer rage.
Days 4 - 7: Rest

1. You have to be drunk to cow tip. Though, vodka has no carbs.
2. I have that motion mastered. It also predated the shake weight.
3. I hate you. I would, but I have a cut out of Peyton Manning in my living room and no matter where I sit, his head is in the way.
4. I can do that.
