BBQ Grill beef roast

Usually my wife throws a pot roast in with some taters and carrots and other veggies. This time I'm throwing two of them on the grill and see how it goes. Seering them on high for a few and then take them off of indirect heat for the rest of the time.

BBQ Grill beef roast

That was unbelievable!!! I'm not a big pot roast guy since it does usually get dry and I pour a bunch of gravy on it. This was as juicy as a regular steak!

Turn the grill on high and toss that giant piece of meat on for about five minutes. Flip it and seer the other side. This keeps all the juices inside. Then give the hunk of beef some indirect heat for I guess it was about 45 minutes or so, flipped it a couple times and dashed on some wircestshire sauce once in awhile. Had a little bit of pink in the middle which is how I like my typical sirloin. I'll be doing that many more times.

I did not. Marinating is my weakness cause that takes planning ahead.
