Then a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce and a…a patty of ground beef so exquisite, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor so delightful. This is no mere sandwich of grilled meat and toasted bread, YEM. This is God, speaking to us in food.

The Clif bar I just ate it starting to seem really shitty at the moment.

That was a quote from Marshall on How I Met Your Mother. Was a search for the best burger in New York. The only YouTube clip of it was in French so I didn't think it'd have the same effect.

I agree with pho, the meat is the star. When I bbq and make my burgers, I have a line of things I put into the meat and everybody loves them. Otherwise, I'm good with a medium-well burger with cheddar and bbq sauce. Sometimes with bacon, sometimes not.

Blue cheese burgers are more popular than I thought.
