I played one match last night and didn't see the run and gun of CoD. The map I was on though the players on my team pretty much locked the Russians down at that barrier you can't go over on the map.

Though I will say, that fucking melee is just as rage inducing as the CoD knifing.

I really hate when games try to balance the melee's with guns. A melee, especially from the front, shouldn't be an instant kill

Shit I don't even know how to melee....I had no idea I could sprint for fuck's sake!

The other thing that I am surprised isn't overused or maybe it was just the couple matches I played is the sniper. It's basically a one shot kill, even my stupid ass in the first match with the default weapon was ripping their asses up.

I am anxious to see all of the game modes, but so far I am really liking this game. If there were a comparison I would make it would be Gears more than anything.

I'll be on tonight at some time. I was going to get on last night, but I was feeling kind of tired from supervising the post prom party on Saturday, so I watched a few episodes of Game of Thrones to try to catch up there.

As for the melee, it's the same as reload. The one time I tried to melee, I reloaded and got killed lol. It's stupid though. Too many times I've come around a corner and found myself face to face with an enemy. I start shooting and the dude just walks through it and smacks me in the face with his gun, which, knocks you to the ground and you can't do anything buy wait for the guy to finish you off

Yup. Told them my constant look of desperation was from having 5 kids. They were standing on opposite sides of the gym when it was all said and done. They didn't even want to look at each other.

I am really, really liking this the more I play. Man, the weapon customization is just amazing and you can really tell the difference when you make little tweaks. The beta servers blow ass, but just playing with a couple people last night when you get working together you can dominate. It feels so much like Rainbow to me.

I was using that little camera thing as my equipment, but other than planting it I am not sure what it is supposed to do...anyone? Also if I have a smoke grenade thing on my gun, how do I use it?
