Im buying a benelli pump, trying to decide between nova and supernova. Anyone in here have any thoughts either way? And yes, i have been gone for a longtime, and my head is as giant as ever.

Also picking up a little .22 plinker pistol, Beretta Neos 6 " barrel with a red dot sight because i like to pretend I am shooting lasers.

I'd go with an Ithica Model 37. I have one that my grand dad bought in the mid 1940's and is still solid. It also has a nice feel with a light trigger and a smooth cycle (even after 60 plus years).

The Nova doesn't cycle as smooth, but seems like a nice gun. I've also heard that folks have been having various issues with the Novas. On the flip side, I haven't heard much about the Super Novas.

I'm back. Traveling overseas again but home now for a while. Picking up a Remington 870 Super Mag tomorrow used for around 250 bucks. Couldn't pass up the deal. Stuck between the Neos and a Sig Sauer 1911 in .22 cal
Buying both tomorrow with the income tax return cash!

That is a killer deal on a super mag. Then again, I often tell myself I have to buy that new toy when I find a good deal.

Picked it up today but theys sold the Neos this morning on me and now I'm on the call list for it. I'll call around tomorrow and see if anyone else has one in stock. Almost got a Browning Buckmaster instead but it only came with one mag and cost almost 100 bucks more than he Neos so I passed on it. Still have 85 days on both my pistol permits so I have time to shop for one I like.
