I know a guy from Wisconsin who's always talking about some group called the 'Mung' and not in a good way.

Mung are Vietnamese. They are especially heavy in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Not a lot here in SE Wisconsin. I honestly have never interacted with any Mung, and most of what I've heard people say about them struck me as sounding pretty racist (and not that different than the racial stereotypes that have been applied to other Asians in the past).

I find that's the case with white people too. They're all over the fucking place. You see a lot of them at the mall.

Sort of back on topic, I saw this really cool rack for cooking and/or grilling stuffed (and bacon-wrapped, naturally) jalepenos in one of my gardening or cooking catalogs the other day. If I can find a web link, I'll post it.

I learned long ago leave the milk out of that recipe and it's 100000x better

I made the ranch casserole. It was absolutely delicious and probably one of the least healthy things i've ever made. However it seemed more like an awesome chip dip than a meal. The best part about it was that some of the chips around the edge didn't get coated with cheese and baked to awesome crispiness. This might do well with a layer of green chili strips in there.
