I tried to get into Gwildorland last night for the first time in a loooong time and I couldn't connect. Is something happening with the server, or is it something i'm doing wrong on my end? Was there another update since the big 1.8?

Yeah.. no one was using the server anymore, so I backed up the world and am in the process of setting the server back up at home on a new box. The address is going to stay the same though. Once i'm done i'll let everyone know..

Yeah the server was reset. Unfortunately if I used the same world we missed out on alot of the new features. The hell world is super cool. The new abandoned underground mines are freaking awesome. I get lost so much.

Right now it's on simple mode, so there are no monsters, and you don't have to eat. So there is also no dragons...

The address is still gwild0r.selfip.com, I just would have to whiltelist you guys again.. The new hardware seems to be holding up good. I haven't experienced any lag, but the most people we've had online at one time is 3.

So all this time Gwildor has been on the server by himself? I think I know what to expect when I sign in.

I never saw snow before but I started a single player game and there's snow and even areas of ice, plus I saw a big lava flow out of the side of a mountain.
