Been following this over at CAG. Seen some people have had luck, while most haven't. Most recent guy posted something from a chat (with an american CS rep too!) who said all pre-orders will get it.

I don't know what to believe. Really hope they hook the customers up

It's on the website now so that's cool. I was fine not getting it but this may have just solidified a MW3 pre-order.

Same here. I will have this Tuesday and hopefully can be on that night. Uncharted 3 is a must buy for me, the $20 discount just made the preorder a lock.

I'll be on Tuesday myself. I had preordered at another time when they were offering $20 off, so I think I'll put that toward Uncharted 3 myself. Then there's Saints Row 3, Halo Anniversary, and so damn much more to get. Holy Crap this season is a doozy.

Comments:I have heard of the $20 credit being applied to certain individuals' accounts for the Battlefield 3 release. Wondering if this credit is applied to all accounts? I've been pre-ordering games for awhile now and would feel slighted that as a loyal customer, I would not receive the same treatment as some others. Thanks for your time.

I'm sorry for any concern. As long as you pre-order the PS3 or Xbox 360 version of "Battlefield 3" before October 24, 2011, you'll receive the $20 promotional credit within two days of the shipment of your order.
