Am I the only one here playing this game? And by "playing," I mean frequently weeping, holding my head in despair, and shouting to/begging the gods for mercy...
I am drawn to this game despite its difficulty...I am both addicted and repelled! My current strategy is simply to stay in one location, grinding to level up...

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear...I actually LOVE this game...in an unhealthy abusive relationship type way! Its rewards are wonderful, but its punishments are brutal...
No, this is NOT a game one would play to simply relax and unwind after a hard day at work...But it is a game for those looking for a challenge...and it suits my personality in that patience pays off...You can't run and gun this one!

A podcast I listened to talked a lot about this game. It doesn't sound hard as much as demanding. It sounded as though you could progress properly to make the game reasonable. But mistakes cost you and you have to learn from them For the next try.

I'm really tempted to give it a try, maybe after the fall rush of games.
