I agree on the FAs. I figured this is the route Al would take when he hired Hue...he was looking ahead already last year.
You want Aso back or you think he will cost too much?

I'd like Aso back, but I'd rather not kill the cap to do it. There is a lot of young talent there that can make a lot of noise down the road. It's hard to pull the trigger on mortgaging the future to keep him.

I don't forsee Thompson pulling the trigger on him, but Woodson isn't getting any younger and even if he can still play, he'll have to move to safety or continue to play that aggressive nickel slot where he blitzes a lot. Can't see it happening though. Thompson needs to save cash for the young guys already on the team.

Marvin Lewis took Chilly to dinner last night here in town at one of the fanciest steak houses in the city, then introduced him to a bunch of local celebs who were also there.

At the same time, he says that he's not ready to give fans anybody's head and that he thinks there's a CHANCE for the team to still change for next season. What a d-bag. It's just business as usual around here. Would be nice to see Bratkowski out as OC after all these losing years and Chilly has experience in the position. I'll believe it when I see it.

Chilly isn't a bad oc, he just doesn't relate well to people.

Then he'll fit in perfectly with the rest of the leadership on this team.

And in a surprising turn of events, Jeff Fisher is out for the Titans.

bullshit timing if you ask me, I am sure he will be announcing or something this year but waiting until most jobs have been filled is a total dick move

They are screwed. A new coach is coming in now when a lot of good coordinators are filled and their QB situation is a mess.

Fisher is so well respected that he's going to land somewhere with no problem. Whether or not it's in coaching this year remains to be seen, but you'll see him somewhere, assuming there's a season. Titans, though. No QB. No coaches. But then Fisher was just promoted up from a coordinator job himself, so I would guess that's the route Adams will go.
