good job brother. I have lost about 5 lbs since starting at the first of the year. My cardio has been kicked up a notch from just getting on the elliptical....now I ride my bike for a few miles, then run for a few miles. Today was the first day of the "new" cardio plan.....it sucked. :D
problem solved, problem staying solved...Rangers lead the way!

Great job man, keep it up.

I'm a week and a day ahead of you, last night was my third time through plyo. I still hate plyo, but at least I'm not on the verge of puking while doing it anymore. I'm not really concerned with weight, but I can definitely tell a I've had a change in body fat.

I got nervous today. My back was cracking like a xylophone and my right knee got a dull pain and numbness. It all felt better after slowing down, but I was afraid I'd mess something up and not be able to continue doing the workouts.

Just "do your best" as they say, seriously I don't have any shame in not keeping up or calling it early

Oh, I don't either. I know I can't keep up. For some reason I guess I was kicking to high and my back was cracking... got better as I lowered it, was just weird, because it wasn't very high and didn't hurt the leg or back... just a scary cracking sound, to where you're afraid something is going to pinch a nerve. The other knee thing was on the run lunge move, where I think I'm still too heavy to attempt trying too hard on those for the fact that my knees can't quite take it just yet.

Like Rabb said, no shame in not keeping up. The way I look at it is if I could totally keep up, I probably don't need to be doing that video and my name would be Tony fucking Horton. Just doing your best will definitely get you results, and pushing yourself to injury will only delay those results.

I did notice that the girl in both videos was happy go lucky in the first (sweat) one and seemed a little bitter in the second (Sculpt) one. I wonder if Horton heard a hoo on her after the filming of the first one and then ignored her after.

I'm going to have to get my body fat % tested when I get back from Indy. I've really been struggling to get under 200, but I'm starting to see a faint outline of my abs for the first time in a long time and my jeans are getting really baggy on me.

I'm hoping in another week or two to really notice some changes. I do have a lot more energy and less need for caffeine. I can tell the gut is starting to tighten up and shrink down some.

My daughter tried working out with me this morning. I hope she sticks with school because she's about as coordinated as Erkel. Love that girl to death, but holy spasmania. On a side note. Down 6 lbs and a waist size. Almost off the obesity meter on Wii Fit!!! lol.
