u can do whatever u want dude. im not that kind of commish, if nobody else has a problem then its cool. i know yorue doing it cuz you want as close to an avs team as u can get and frankly its a cool idea. what i hate seeing, and im not saying yoru doing it, is guys giving away their best players for nothing or someone of lesser value because theyre no longer competitive or dont feel like participating.


i know most of you arent as into this as i am, its totally ok

I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of this. I'm guessing I'll still get my ass handed to me, but at least I'll understand why at this point. I always keep my eyes on the free agents and such for football, but I'm not used to setting lineups so far ahead of time.

im having a bad week cuz my lineup is full of sharks, who havent played in days, and sabres and my goalies have played like garbage this week. no excuses but its just a quirky thing.

OK, I thought I had figured out how to make this work, but I am getting completely ass-raped in this league. I'm willing to accept that it might be just the way it goes this season, but I'm guessing it also has something to do with the way I'm playing it.

My primary philosophy here has been to make sure as many roster spots as possible are filled on any given day, with the presumed best players from my team. Not sure if there's a difference in scoring by position, i.e. if I play Spezza as my center versus utility.

Is there something I'm obviously doing wrong?

Now for this week my goalie stats don't seem to be getting recorded. The score shows dashes for all categories even though I've had guys playing this week. WTF is going on with this now? I can accept that I suck at fantasy hockey, but I don't want to get screwed by the computer.
