Started yesterday back at the gym. I plan to go 5 days a week @ 5am and stay till 6 or 630 and go straight to work from there. I have given up soda and drink water all day except supper where I have 1% choc milk or 2% white milk. All food is portioned out with NO FAST FOOD. So far I have made 15.57 miles if you combine today and yesterday on the elliptical. Cardio via elliptical is all I am focusing on until I get down to 250 then I will hit the pig iron like a convict as well as cardio. I am starting at around 310lbs.
