of course they are out of stock but a good reference

also this is used to change the handguard / build an upper if wanted:

Check ebay for any of the above items.

Those are good suggestions. The only thing I would add is, if you're only building a lower and buying a complete upper(which would be my suggestion your first time), the armorers wrench and action block wouldn't really be necessary.

lol

I will go with "sort of"...I bought the tools and need to wait another month or so (finalizing divorce stuff is fun) before I kick the project into high gear if you know what I mean.

I cannot damn wait though.

Built this in the garage this week. Taking it out tomorrow to run it through the paces at the range.

I noticed that, the thing is everyone is out of stock of everything everywhere. Parts for building AR's are sold out in minutes of being added to websites. It's a booming business for sure and it drives me nuts when I am trying to put something together.

When the aliens invade next week you'll be glad you put in the time. ARs will be great for taking down their shields.

AT ANY RATE....

The Polymer lower would be an alright item. Only $40 and you can "register" it prior to any gun bans. I'm planning on getting two come tax season for a couple 9mm builds.
