God I love Amazon reviewers and their drama. We go from

This is the song that every Rush fan will want played at their funeral.

BU2B2 is chock full of sloppy guitar playing that it makes Kurt Cobain sound like a virtuoso.

Breaking in a new Rush disc is like finding your favorite food on the menu of a brand new restaraunt; sure you've had it before but it tastes just a little bit different than you remember.

So far I like "Seven Cities of Gold", "The Wreckers", "The Anarchist", and "Caravan" quite a bit.

RUSH's first new collection of original material in over five years and their first studio release via Anthem/Roadrunner Records, "Clockwork Angels", is likely to sell between 85,000 and 95,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to industry web site Hits Daily Double. The estimate was based on one-day sales reports compiled after the record arrived in stores on June 12.

RUSH's 18th studio album, "Snakes & Arrows", debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard album chart in May 2007 with sales of 93,000 copies. The disc was the first collection of all-new RUSH material since 2002's "Vapor Trails" and the 27th RUSH release to make the Billboard album chart. The band's chart peak was in 1993, when "Counterparts" debuted at No. 2.

Anyone reading the Clockwork Angels novel? I am about halfway through. It's an OK book, nothing too fancy. Cool to read the story behind the album.

HOORAY

Sunday Sunday Sunday! Sucks that it's on a Sunday but whatever. It just means I can drive and not drink, and probably enjoy the show a lot more lucidly than normal.

Yep I've looked at it too, looks like they have two different sets. The cool thing is they will be filming the DVD in Phoenix and Denver. Not that i'll actually get to be IN the dvd, but at least I will be able to say 'yeah man I WAS THERE!'

Stayed sober, because it was a Sunday night. The new music is AWESOME in concert. The old stuff, well we know it already.

I was going to send out picture texts but wasn't sure you guys would appreciate them at 10 or 11:30 on a Sunday.

After seeing it live in concert 'Force Ten' is now one of my favorite songs. It was kick-ass.

Just thought I'd share, have a nice day.

RUSH fan site RushIsABand.com has posted the official Billboard Boxscore attendance and sales figures for all but one of the U.S. dates on the band's 2012 "Clockwork Angels" tour; only the Atlanta show numbers are still pending along with the six Canadian dates. Eight of the 28 shows reported — Manchester, Bridgeport, Newark, Buffalo, San Jose, Universal City, Dallas and Houston — were sellouts. The highest-grossing date on the tour was the September 15 show in Chicago, which grossed $1,113,292. The most-attended show was the sold-out October 26 show in Buffalo where 13,215 fans filled the First Niagara Center.

RUSH captured the "Clockwork Angels" tour by filming in Phoenix and Dallas on November 25 and November 28, respectively. The shows were recorded for a DVD release in 2013.

* Show Date: November 25
* Show Venue: US Airways Center
* City/State: Phoenix, AZ
* Attendance: 8,858
* Capacity: 10,121
* Gross Ticket Sales: $604,667

I'm buying the dvd just to play "where's MTK?"!
