I clicked cancel when the facebook page popped up and it said you could still sign up. Not sure if the person will get the ten dollar credit though.

Same here but it doesn't mention the credit. Guess we'll have to create 18 new facebook accounts

You have to link a facebook account in order for me to get credit.

It tells me four friends have signed up via my link but no one linked facebook = no 10 dollar credit. BOOHOO Bullshit!
