Dude, I totally understand. That's why I quit brewing beer. The whole sterilization and bottling process was just too much effort for me versus going out and buying a few six packs of craft beer. Everyone has their hobbies and it's totally an individual time/effort vs reward thing.

My mother makes (made?) watermelon rind pickles each year for as long as i can remember. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I have no idea how difficult the process is but i look for them every time I have the pleasure of a home cooked meal back home.
