If Peter King were our GM, we would. Thank God that Peter King isn't our GM.

I'm with DFS, get Garrard in here. Some are saying that Pryor should see some action, but it's going to take 2 years of protection at MINIMUM to set Pryor up for success in the NFL. With McFadden keeping opposing Ds close, the young fast receivers, and the strength at the OLine, Garrard could look like Gannon did in Oakland - Al's last great reclamation project.

With our run game we kjust need a QB who doesnt fuck up and manages the game without turnovers. I guarantee you starting with the Queefs this week, we will see 8 or 9 in the box until Boller or whichever QB is in place gives a reason to back up and play honest against us.

Well, if they do, they're playing right into the only time Boller is worth a shit. He does alright when teams play 8 or 9 in the box to stuff the run. It's when they start dropping back the safeties and linebackers that he falls apart and can be prone to coverage sacks.

If I thought Pryor was anywhere NEAR ready for NFL action, I would love to see Hue play with a 2 back set of Bush and McFadden behind Pryor. In the pass heavy NFL, that could exploit a lot of defensive weaknesses around the league.

Trust me I would love to see Pryor come in and be as successful as Cam but thats not very likely. This will be interesting given that Al is no longer around.

Nah, Pryor won't do worth a damn right now (and at least for two years, if ever) unless you're going to go with a pistol formation run based game, or something like the diamond formation (pistol based, with 3 RBs in the backfield, or 2 RBs and a slot type receiver) Nebraska gave Ohio State fits with last weekend.

Not sure what Frazier will do but even though McNabb did not play poorly last night, it may be time for them to start the kid. With the Lions and Packers so far out in front their season is done.

I was watching last night and the when they put Ponder in he had a fire that you could tell was long gone from McNabb's old days. Granted I only watched for about ten minutes till I fell asleep but he was mobile and making good passes.

McNabb didn't look all that bad last night, especially considering the pressure the Bears were getting. I don't know how I feel about putting Ponder in yet considering the ferocious defenses in that division and the mess of their O-line. That being said, McNabb just doesn't fit so they may have to roll with the kid. Tough spot for Frazier.

I think McNabb would do alright if they had an OLine that wasn't worse than what the University of Minnesota puts out. They were getting killed on the interior left of the line. Ponder looked pretty good, but he had to roll out right every time to do it. He did have a good idea of when to step up when the left interior of the line crumbled around him.

Of course, McDaniels loved that guy. I like him a lot too, I hope he does well for them.

The Broncos have traded Lloyd to St. Louis, Jason LaCanfora of NFL.com reports.
Spin: The Rams are all but out of it at 0-5, but acquiring Lloyd gives their sputtering offense (three points in Week 6 against Green Bay) a chance at making something happen in the red zone. Sam Bradford has been seen as a disappointment this season, but he has the league's lowest interception rate at 1.0 percent of throws. The problem? He's only throwing touchdowns on 1.5 percent of passes (as opposed to 3.1 in 2010) and is averaging just 6.0 yards per pass attempt. A lack of skill at receiver is no doubt playing a role in Bradford's disappointing numbers, and Lloyd has the talent to be the team's top receiver soon, if not immediately. Lloyd's fantasy value, in any case, probably shouldn't suffer a whole lot in the transition, at least relative to the hit it already took with Kyle Orton's benching in Denver. Also, it's worth noting that St. Louis' offense is run by Josh McDaniels, who oversaw Lloyd's breakout season in 2010.
Fuck-it list: Owls, Ohio, Facebook, Red Wings.
