Yeah i guess that makes sense because who wants to read a book on a smart phone. It just seems to me there is a hell of a lot of overlap between these two pillars of technology.

I do not bring my kindle to work, I read "normal" books at lunch but If I have a book I am really into I have downloaded it to the kindle app on my phone and read at work.

Oh I agree, for example I know a couple guys here have iphones and ipads...I never understood that one personally. For me I just consider it an ereader and my phone, I don't think I use one for the same thing as the other ever.

If you can confirm that they own Ipods as well then we can put them solidly in the 'too much money, not enough common sense' category

I use this Nook for everything now. Since it's rooted, I can run damn near anything that any other android device is running, so it's my calendar, web browser, games, books, everything. It's one of the few things I will turn around and go back for if I forget.
