Tervis 24oz Tumbler Review

Posted By LT. Under Beer, Featured, Grub and Booze, Liquor/Spirits, Product Reviews, Tailgating

Sometimes the most simple items can mean the world to a good tailgate.  Forget your forks and you’ll be in trouble.  Leave out an ingredient for a main dish and it’s scramble time.  Leave your favorite drinking receptacle at home and that’s just bad luck (don’t mess with the mojo).

I’m a huge water drinker so I have some sort of bottle with me wherever I go.  Everyone has their own preference based on their lifestyle but I just need something durable that can take the beating that I’ll give it in the course of a day while not spilling my precious liquids.  Just my luck I found something that fits the bill AND has a Ravens logo.

If you aren’t familiar with Tervis you should be.  Not only do they make everything in the US, their products are built to last and do what they are meant to do.  Simply put they keep cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot.  The tumblers are built with a double layer design that creates a highly insulated environment.

What I like about this tumbler is that while it fits my daily needs, it’s great for sauces that I take to tailgate.  If I have a warm sauce that I know I’ll need, using this saves me the trouble of an additional sauce pan in my kit.  On the flip side, the opening is large enough for ice cubes so I can keep my water cold for a very long time. For our adult readers, this would be great for 24oz of chilled liquor to keep warm on a cold day.

I didn’t slam this to the ground but I’m sure it would handle it just fine.  It’s made with a very solid polymer that is ten times stronger than regular plastic.  It’s also BPA free so I feel comfortable letting my kids use this on a regular basis.

Not sure why you would want any other team but they are licensed to produce everything from NFL to minor league baseball so you’ll have no problem finding something you like.

Overall I give this a very high grade and will have it planted firmly in my cup holder on a daily basis.  You can buy their products here or at one of many stores including Bass Pro Shops and Bed Bath & Beyond.
