Directed by Stallone, the original Expendables also starred Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, David Zayas, Giselle Itie, Charisma Carpenter, Gary Daniels, Terry Crews and Mickey Rourke. For the second go-round, Simon West will be handling directing duties.

I enjoyed the first film, but felt that it could have been better. Hopefully, with a different director, those missing elements will appear the second time around. This could really be a fun sequel.

going to be tough getting Travolta…he has two other films lined up, both of which overlap the filming of this. VanDamme is a bad guy, I think…Stallone mentioned something about a huge fight between the two of them
Chuck Norris is so hard his roundkicks can make a Expendables 2 a 4D film haha. Loved the 1st one. good to see 80′s cheese fest action was still watchable so bring it on
