Many of you are probably already familiar with the organization Extra Life. They raise money every year by hosting a 24-hour gaming marathon, and all the proceeds go to local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. This year’s event takes place on October 15th, and Tailgate365.com had teamed up to raise as much as we possibly can for our local hospitals.
Since most of us are parents already and several of us have kids who might not be here if not for these life-saving facilities, this is a cause about which we are very passionate. I can’t emphasize enough just how important these hospitals are to the people they serve.
100% of donations go to the hospitals and they are tax deductible, too. Even if it’s just a buck or two, it all adds up to helping to save the lives of kids all over the country. Can’t donate right now? No problem, how about joining our team and helping us get to our goal?
Be honest, you were just looking for an excuse to play something for 24 hours straight anyway, so let the Redbull and take-out flow and come get it on with us. It can be PC, console games, board games, stuff on your phone, doesn’t matter. If you ever thought of investing in companies that make energy drinks, now might be a good time.
