As previously announced, our friends at Fantasy Sports Home will field our user’s questions about fantasy football each week. This week we only had 2 user-submitted questions, here they are with FSH’s answers. Want to submit your own questions? Send an email to fantasysportshome@tailgate365.com by Wednesday morning (remember, Thursday games start this week) and we will post the answers in time for you to tweak your lineups!
Mike asked: I have DeSean Jackson, Hines Ward, Eddie Royal and Donald Driver and am not sure who to give the starts to. I am leaning towards Royal and Ward just based on the opposition’s pass D but want to know if Royal is healthy enough to count on this week.
FSH: You actually have some very good plays this week.
But I would actually lean with DeSean Jackson and Hines Ward as my starts this week. Look what Shaun Hill did last week against the Seahawks secondary. With Curtis and Brown back, Jackson should have a really good game and you know McNabb will get him the ball. Ward is also a safe play against a Redskin defense that doesn’t get a lot of pressure on the QB (like the Giants). What I like, Big Ben should have time and he could find Hines in the end zone on Sunday.
Eddie Royal is not on the injury reports this week, but he and Driver (number 2 in GB) are the odd men out.
That’s my take.

sjam613 asked:
Hello,
I am in a 16 team league so talent on the FA list is limited. My team is completely screwed at QB since I initially had Palmer and O’Sullivan. Now I am carrying Fitzpatrick and Thigpen (ugghh). Who do I have a better chance with at starter?
Thanks!
FSH: Fortunately it’s not as ugly as it sounds. Fitzpatrick on paper probably has the better matchup of the two, but I’m going to tell you why you should play Thigpen.
He’s coming off a big performance last week, playing with a lot of confidence, and hes got two good targets to throw at; Gonzales and Bowe. He will face some pressure (actually faced more pressure last week against the Jets), but he does have some mobility.
I like Thigpen to put up some decent fantasy type of numbers (220 yards, 2td, 2int). His arm is much stronger than Brad Johnsons’ and he’ll be better than Fitzpatrick (185yds, 1td, 1int).
If there are any FA QBs avail, consider other options, but also keep an eye on the Gray signing in KC and the Culpepper situation. they could get interesting over the next several weeks.
Thats my take.
